Permanent Residency CANADA

There are three ways to attain permanent Canadian residency:

Express Entry, PNP, Business Immigration Program.

Express Entry
is the fastest way to get Canadian PR that is why it is given the name express entry. It is based on Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) that calculates your points based on skills,language proficiency, education, and experience. However, calculating CRS points does not get you the PR through express entry.It entails systematic approach to documentation and submission of the application.Consider it as an important project of your life which will change your family status to become a Canadian PR.

Express Entry has three classifications
Federal Skilled Worker Program- This program is for skilled workers/professionals with work experience who want to migrate to Canada permanently.
Federal Skilled Trade Program- This program is for skilled trade workers who want to become permanent residents based on being qualified in a skilled trade.
Canadian Experience Class- This permanent residency program is for skilled workers who have prior Canadian work experience or attain after studying in Canada.
PNP
PNP is Provincial Nominee Program. This Canadian permanent residency program is for those who have the relevant skills, education, and work experience to contribute to the economy of a specific province or territory. They live in that province and become permanent residents of Canada. Each province or territory has its own “stream” thus the eligibility criteria also varies accordingly.

New Foundland and Labrador
Northwest Territories
Nova Scotia
Ontario

Yukon

Business Immigration Program
This program is classified in two types:
1. Self employed
2. Start-up Visa Program.
Self Employed-To qualify under self employed program, you must have two years of relevant experience and proven your intention to establish yourself in Canada. Relevant experience will be considered if you have been involved in cultural activities or athletics at world Class. As of March 2018, Canada no longer accepts new applications under the farm management stream.

Start-up Visa Program- Under this program, an immigrant entrepreneur with relevant skills and potential to build businesses in Canada needs to get recommendation from a designated organization or partner, industry association. The immigrant entrepreneur should have an investment or support.

Candidates can also apply for short-term work permit under the international mobility program before applying for permanent residence under the Start-up Visa (SUV) Program. Only those who receive a Commitment Certificate and Letter of Support issued by designated entity may be considered for short-term work permit. The designated entity must support the request for work permit.

All aspects like marital status, age, qualification, language proficiency, work experience, and relationship in Canada need acute consideration. A minor ignorance will not only result in the rejection of your application but also ban your entry, jeopardizing your dream of Canadian citizenship.
